Store Policies - Exclusive Home Design Webshop

We are committed to providing the best service and quality for our clients. To avoid any misunderstandings, we kindly ask that you read the terms and conditions below carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to our terms and conditions.

Orders

  1. All orders placed through our webshop are subject to availability and approval by Exclusive Home Design.

  2. An order is considered final only after full payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent.

  3. For custom products, such as doors and windows, you must approve the design before production begins. Once approved, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

  4. Exclusive Home Design reserves the right to cancel any order due to incorrect information, late payment, or other legitimate reasons.

Payment Terms

  1. Products must be paid in full before production or delivery can be arranged.

  2. All payments should be made via the payment methods available on our webshop.

  3. If payment is not received on time, Exclusive Home Design reserves the right to cancel the order without further obligation.

Payment Methods

Delivery

  1. Deliveries are scheduled after full payment has been received.

  2. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline and may vary due to external factors. Delays do not entitle the customer to cancellation or compensation.

  3. The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the delivery is completed. Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any damage in writing within 48 hours.

  4. If you are unavailable at the agreed delivery address, any additional delivery attempts will incur extra charges, which will be passed on to you.

Cancellations and return policy

  1. Cancellations

    • Custom Products: Orders for custom-made products (such as doors, windows, and other personalized items) cannot be canceled once confirmed and production has begun.

    • Standard Products: Cancellations for standard products are possible before shipment. If an order has already been shipped, the customer can proceed with the return procedure.

  2. Returns

    • Return Conditions for Standard Products

      • Standard products can be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided that:

        • The product is unused and undamaged.

        • The product is in its original packaging.

        • The return has been approved in writing by our customer service team.

      • Custom Products are excluded from the right to return.

    • Return Shipping Costs:

      • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

      • Original delivery charges will be deducted from the refund amount, even if delivery was initially free of charge.

      • An administrative fee of €100 per return case will be charged for processing returns.

      • Any damage or depreciation caused by use or improper packaging will be deducted from the refund..

    • Refund:​

      • The remaining amount will be refunded within 14 days after the returned goods have been received and inspected.

Payment Methods

Warranty

  1. For standard products, we offer a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, unless otherwise stated.

  2. Custom-made products are covered by a limited warranty, which applies only to manufacturing and material defects.

  3. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within 14 days of discovery, including photos and proof of purchase.

  4. The warranty is void if:

  • The product is used or installed incorrectly.

  • The product is damaged by external factors, wear and tear, or modifications by third parties.

Liability

  1. Exclusive Home Design is not responsible for indirect damages, such as loss of profit, data loss, or consequential damages.

  2. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount the customer has paid for the specific product.

  3. Natural variations in materials such as natural stone, wood, or tiles are not considered defects and are not covered under our liability

Payment Methods

Force Majeure

  1. Exclusive Home Design is not responsible for delays or damages resulting from force majeure events, such as natural disasters, strikes, or transportation issues.

Governing law and disputes

  1. All transactions and these terms are governed by Belgian law.

  2. Disputes should ideally be resolved through mutual agreement. If this is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the region of Exclusive Home Design.
